After every 2 normal attacks, increase the Speed of self and allies in the same vertical row by 30% for 10 seconds, consuming 15 MP.

For each ally of the same faction present, increase Speed by 4%.

If equipped with a Gun, weapon attributes increase by 20%.

Reduce the Speed of enemies hit by normal attacks by 30% for 10 seconds.

If equipped with a Crab, pet attributes increase by 20%.

Grants 15 rage points to allies accelerated by Skill 1.

After death, increase the Attack of allies in the same horizontal row by 15% for 60 seconds.
